to protect and maintain in perpetuity privately owned real property of high ecological or heritage value in the Mont Echo area and elsewhere in the Sutton, Quebec region by:


  • Acquiring properties, accepting gifts of properties or servitudes and concluding conservation agreements with landowners with a view to safeguarding the biodiversity, ecological and heritage characteristics of the properties;
  • Ensuring the continuous stewardship of said servitudes and properties;

  • Planning and implementing management agreements of protected properties for or with other non profit conservation organizations;

  • Contributing to scientific research aimed at protecting and restoring the ecological integrity of the wilderness areas in the region, the results of such research to be made available to the public;

  • Fundraising to achieve all the goals stated above
